I’d start exploring central Rome from Flaminio Station. Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese gardens, and Via del Corso are all close by, with cafés and restaurants around the area, which felt clean and safe. Getting through the station is straightforward too: the stairs are easy to reach from either direction, and people can enter and exit smoothly, even when it’s busy. The layout and location make it one of Rome’s best metro stations.
