The room itself was clean and very well prepared, and Vince was kind enough to walk us through check-in and check-out and arrange a taxi to the airport on our last day. The location is good, close to many main attractions. I was surprised the 'hotel' was inside a mixed-use building with other businesses. The layout was odd, but getting to the hotel floor was fun: there are two elevators, and the main retro-antique one was very cool to use. Thank you!

The rooms were very clean and didn't smell, which is common with hotels in Rome. They even had two pillow options, one fairly flat and one bulky, which I appreciated since hotels usually give you only bulky pillows. The two gentlemen working there were really nice. They booked a taxi to the airport, and when my card declined, they called and helped sort things out between me and the taxi company. It all worked out in the end. The location is very good too: take either road toward the colosseum for a nice view, with good restaurants nearby. I'll be back to Rome many more times and plan to book here every time!

The rooms had lots of space and a very modern feel. From the rooftop terrace, you can watch the bustle below or catch the sunset with a couple of beers. The staff gave excellent service and were happy to help with anything. It's a great spot for catching the Allibus to the airport, with the stop only 400 metres away. One small drawback is being near the main train station. As in big cities generally, stations seem to draw life's undesirables, and a couple of nearby side streets felt pretty sketchy to walk down. Still, this modern hideaway in bustling Naples is excellent value for money and worthy of its high Tripadvisor rating.

The team was so sweet and professional. Many thanks to Gian and his colleague for making our trip such a delight. We had a wonderful 'sisterhood' trip, my daughter, younger sister, and me, and we'd definitely come back. The guesthouse is in central Rome, so all the places to see are easy to reach on foot, about 10 to 30 minutes away. The location itself is very quiet, with no noise. Our room was clean and well equipped, and breakfast was more than correct.

The team did a great job, and the rooms were very comfortable. The city location is great, just 4min from the colosseum. The shower water pressure wasn't consistent, and in winter the room temperatures are set a little high. Still, we'd definitely return for the location, the team, and the comfort of the room. Grazie Mille ❤
