We stayed one night using a Smartbox booking and had a lovely time. The place was clean, the hosts were very welcoming, and the coffee machine was a nice bonus.

The garden parking was convenient, and when we realized we’d left something behind, they promptly arranged to send it back. Mrs. Pamela greeted my wife and me warmly during our stay two weeks ago, and helped us plan what to see nearby, including where to have dinner. Our room was clean and thoughtfully furnished, and there was a kitchen with a coffee machine. I’d recommend the place and its owners, who clearly care about their work.

We really liked the hot tub. The hosts were friendly and ready to help, and the property was in a great spot, only a few dozen meters from Norcia’s center with mountains behind it. My partner and I stayed three nights shortly after mid-August. The rooms felt new, were clean, and stayed cool without air conditioning. If we’re back in Norcia for more than a few days, this would be our first choice.

Pamela and her husband are such kind, helpful people. The room was roomy and neat, with everything we needed. The air conditioning was great, the shower was lovely, and the queen-size hot tub was a real treat. I highly recommend it.
