We only had three nights, but I’d recommend it to anyone planning a few days around Noto, Avola, Modica, or the nearby beaches. The breakfast at the bar a few minutes away was excellent, and the owner suggested a trattoria where we ate really well. Everything was clean and the owners were helpful. A 10 from us, highly recommended. We’ll be back!

The room was new and had a very spacious bathroom, and the location was excellent. Parking was a hassle, though, and you have to be lucky to find a spot. Breakfast is at a bar about five minutes away. It was good, but the €3 ticket felt a bit pricey.

We were very satisfied with this excellent B&B. It’s close to the center, and the new accommodation is finished to a high standard, with air conditioning and a private bathroom. Parking was hard to find, and a few details could be improved, but otherwise it was a great stay.

The place is new, well looked after, and right in the center of Noto. The owner was extremely helpful and did his best to meet all our requests. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and the location was good, but the price didn't match the service. Our reservation for three was confirmed, including our arrival time and the details they requested, yet the third bed was left completely unmade, as though nobody had passed that on, and we had to wait for the keys. Breakfast wasn't included. It would've been nice to have at least two bottles of water at 35°C and a coffee machine with a couple of capsules. A moka pot without proper coffee or sugar doesn't get us very far 🤷.
