BB Villa Tania

We stayed in the last week of September 2025, and it felt like home. The owner was kind and helpful, always ready with suggestions for places to visit or somewhere to have dinner. The location is TOP. My husband and I highly recommend it!

We felt very comfortable at Villa Tania and can definitely recommend it. The grounds are kept really clean and tidy. Its location works well for excursions, and the beautiful beach nearby is less crowded and easy to reach on foot.

Breakfast is served on the terrace overlooking the sea, and Tania also lent us beach umbrellas and chairs and shared information about the area and restaurants. The Agriturismo Calamosche suggestion was excellent. The hosts were very kind throughout. I stayed for seven nights in mid-July at this charming B&B, run by Tania and her partner, who were always available and ready to help with any need. The location is excellent: 150 metres from Lido di Noto beach and a minimarket. La Pizzuta, one of the loveliest beaches nearby, is 1.5 km away. Within 15-20 km you can reach the best beaches in the Vendicari Oasis, as well as Noto, Avola and Marzamemi, making this a good base for visiting the southern part of Syracuse province. There are two fairly spacious, nearly new rooms with bathrooms, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning and a good mattress. Breakfast could be better. Only on a few mornings did we get fresh croissants baked at home by the son and fruit; most of the rest was packaged food. In Sicily I’d expect homemade cakes and jams, a broader choice of fresh fruit and so on. Still, we appreciated what was provided.

The owner was very kind and always available, with great advice on places to eat and things to see. We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Tania B&B in Noto Marina. It’s in a fantastic spot, only steps from the beach. I’d highly recommend this B&B.
