The location was especially useful: less than a five-minute walk from Noto's historic centre, with convenient parking nearby, which is rare in the city. The rooms were airy, spotless and cleaned daily, and everything was kept in excellent condition. The property is brand new and exceeded what we expected when booking. Breakfast, served in the lovely ground-floor room, had both sweet and savoury options. Alessandro was kind and readily available to answer questions or suggest places to visit and beaches. We had a wonderful stay and think it deserves its five stars.

Alessandro was a wonderful person, and the price felt completely fair. The newly built property is only a few minutes' walk from Noto's centre. Rooms are brand new, spacious and impeccably clean, with large balconies. There's also free parking on the street by the property. Highly recommended.

We'd be happy to come back very soon. The managers were lovely, the breakfast was generous and well balanced, and the fresh croissants from the bar were delicious. The finishes and attention to detail stand out, with quality materials rather than the shoddy furnishings you often find in B&Bs. The property is about a five-minute walk from Noto's centre and a ten-minute drive from the beautiful beach at Lido di Noto. Thank you, Enrico, Roberta, and Elenuccia.

Alessandro was so welcoming and helpful, and gave us several good restaurant suggestions. The room was brand new and spotless, parking was easy, and breakfast was generous with plenty of variety. It's a short walk to the centre of beautiful Noto. The price was very reasonable for Ferragosto, and we had a wonderful stay.

The owner, "Alessandro," was friendly and available whenever we needed anything. Breakfast was a generous Italian spread with local products. The new property has all the comforts and is well placed for visiting the surrounding towns, while Noto's centre is about a ten-minute walk away. Street parking right outside is "closed" off, so there's no traffic.
