Corrado and Simona were great hosts. My fiancée and I had a really nice stay in a small but cozy room with everything we needed: a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle for tea, and air conditioning. Corrado gave us useful tips on what to see and where to eat. We only stayed two nights and were out most of the time, so we didn’t use the shared areas, though they looked very nice. The town where the apartments are is pretty quiet, with not much going on. Noto is about a 10-minute drive away and has museums and shopping, and Avola is another option for dinner by the sea. Our favorite dinner spot was Marzamemi, about 20 minutes away by car. We’d definitely come back if we were in the area.

Simona, the owner, is always smiling, attentive to what guests need, and available to help. The room was clean and had everything necessary. Outside, there are shared areas with a working kitchen, a large barbecue, sun loungers, and a shower. The area’s most beautiful places are all easy to reach from here.

Simona was the best part of our stay, friendly, welcoming, and always available. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed and more. It’s just steps from a quiet, peaceful beach, and the location makes it easy to get between Syracuse and Ragusa.

It’s a quiet spot, well placed for exploring southwestern Sicily, from Syracuse and Noto to the Vendicari Nature Reserve beaches and inland areas. The apartment has a shaded private outdoor space under a gazebo and a washing machine. Indoors, it’s cool and airy despite having air conditioning. The bedroom is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is fully equipped. The kitchen has all the cookware needed.
