We were five, and there was plenty of room for everyone. We could each have privacy, while still enjoying the shared spaces together. Having private parking inside the courtyard was a real bonus in the busy season. The villa was just what we wanted for a seaside break. It's a three-minute walk from the beach, so popping back and forth was easy. The place is new, modern, spotless, and fully equipped, with a well-stocked kitchen and air conditioning in every room. The hosts were extremely kind, helpful, and always available with tips or assistance. I'd absolutely recommend it for a peaceful, well-equipped stay close to the beach. We're already looking forward to returning!

Ivan and his parents were great hosts and accommodated our requests. The house also has an outdoor shower for when you get back from the sea, and it's well placed for exploring southeastern Sicily, including Syracusa, Avola, Noto, Marzamemi, and Ragusa. We had a wonderful week. The spacious house was very clean, with air conditioning in the rooms and private parking. Best of all, San Lorenzo's public beach is only a two-minute walk away, with warm turquoise water. We warmly recommend it :-)

The owners were so hospitable and ready to make our stay an amazing experience. This part of Sicily is absolutely beautiful, with lovely sandy beaches for the day and historic towns nearby to visit in the evening, including Siracuza, Ragusa, Modica, and Noto. I got to spend one of my best summer holidays of the past ten years at this extraordinary place. The new villa was cozy, ideally situated near the beach, and had everything a large family or group of friends would need. It has three rooms for six adults.

We were exhausted when our flight delay meant arriving at 3 am, and Ivan's parents still welcomed us with such kindness when they met us. We were very grateful. Communication with Ivan was perfect too. The house was clean, and we loved how close it was to the beach.

A lovely new place for a peaceful stay. The beach is an easy, short walk away, and the host was wonderful and communicated really well.
