The rooms were good and the location is great, but the check-in process was ridiculous and really unsuitable for anyone with physical issues. There were also plumbing problems.

There’s good parking nearby, though it’s about a 1-3 minute walk from the hotel and not necessarily right beside it. I loved the neighbourhood and the hotel’s atmosphere. It was a five-star experience for me: clean, well designed, and in a good location, with nice staff who are keen to help when you call. The cleaning lady came through every morning, too. Just be aware there’s no reception and you need an online digital platform to get into your room instead of a physical key. It’s easy to use, but I’d check the entry instructions at least the day before you arrive.

The room was quite nice, the location excellent, and the staff exceptional. But I have very mixed feelings about the stay. Sorting out self check-in was extremely difficult because there were no established reception office hours. Lunch service ran for three hours, which made planning harder, especially when checking out and collecting luggage. We also had no electricity or water for an entire day, and the Wi-Fi was down for two days. In response to the owner: after eight hours without water or a way to flush the toilet, which was shared with 15 other guests, the hotel provided a suite where we could shower. There was no further communication about the Wi-Fi outage, which lasted two days. It was unexpected and felt more like staying in a hostel, though at least a hostel would have had working toilets.

Parking was right across the street and FREE. The hotel is comfortable and sits in the heart of Noto, close to lots of fun bars and restaurants.
