La Dimora del Pensatore

Betta and Mo welcomed us like old friends, and their hospitality was the most memorable part of our stay. The setting is beautiful, with lovely views all the way down to the sea. Our room was both comfortable and gorgeous, with great beds and one of the best showers I’ve ever had. It’s the kind of place you almost want to keep to yourself because you love it so much. We hope to return in a year or two and see how this magical place grows. It’s already a gem.

The hosts and their pets were the best part, so kind, welcoming, helpful, and warm. The nature, surroundings, and vibe were amazing too. If you want a luxurious stay among Sicilian nature, this is the place. I’ll definitely be back soon.

Betta and Mo were attentive, kind hosts who clearly care about making guests feel welcome. Their suggestions for places to explore around Noto and elsewhere in Sicily were fantastic, and it was comforting to come “home” in the evening. The countryside setting is quiet and full of olive trees, with lovely views and the gentle rhythm of nature all around. Our spacious, spotless room was thoughtfully put together, from the calming décor to the comfortable bed. Waking up in the peaceful air was bliss. Breakfast each morning was generous and fresh, with homemade treats and local flavors, and the home-cooked dinners I tried were heartfelt and unforgettable. I also fell in love with their gentle, friendly dogs, Twixie and Orazio, who brought so much joy and made me feel part of the family. Dimora Elizabetta is a welcoming place to relax, recharge, and disconnect in the Sicilian countryside. I’m already dreaming about coming back.

The outdoor area was a highlight, peaceful and beautifully maintained, with a stunning view that made mornings feel magical. Breakfast was fresh and varied, always served outside overlooking the olive grove. Sharing the space with Horacio and Twixie, their gentle, playful dogs with so much character, made the stay even more joyful. From the start, the hosts were genuinely warm and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The apartments were cozy and comfortable, with local hygiene products that added a touch of Sicilian authenticity. Bella & Mo have created a charming place with real Sicilian hospitality.
