The price doesn't match what you get. The service was terrible, the place wasn't clean, and even after we asked for the room to be tidied and cleaned, it still wasn't done. I was asked repeatedly to pay, as if I might run off. There was no breakfast, and the shared spaces were dirty and needed maintenance. This definitely isn't a spa or a hotel, and we're not coming back or recommending it to anyone. Also, bring your own toilet paper, since you're allowed just one roll per stay!

The pool was the only good thing.

There was no staff at the hotel, and our room wasn't cleaned until 4pm. The pool and garden were dirty, and we were redirected to a different hotel. The villa didn't provide breakfast. Very disappointing, we had to leave without getting a refund. Be careful with this hotel. It's all lies.

On our first day, our room had already been given to someone else, so they put us in a dreadful room elsewhere, near the breakfast area. It smelled of sewage, the furniture and plumbing were broken, and cigarette butts were scattered around. The photo is from that room at the other hotel. Breakfast was a 15-minute drive away, and it was the worst one I've had in Sicily. We couldn't stay there any longer because it was so awful, but they wouldn't refund even the unused days. They said, "We have your voucher for the entire stay; it was your decision to leave."
