Cuono R.
I still remember that evening meal of pasta with "teneruni," a winter dish that was delicious, and my son playing on the tractor with the manager’s son. They were lovely people. We stayed here in 2004 with our three-year-old, and I remember it all as if it were yesterday. The manager, if I’m remembering right, was a physicist or nuclear engineer. The rooms had been made from old sheepfolds, which was incredible, and the outside reminded me of The Leopard. There wasn’t air conditioning then, so we felt chilly. This place won’t suit anyone looking for luxury, but it’s special if you want a break from everyday life. Near Vendicari, and very much a Sicily from another time. Go if you want to step away from the present for a while. It’s never too late to leave a review.
