The two hosts were wonderful, and breakfast was delicious and homemade. The place itself was incredibly charming, with so much attention to detail.

The local tips from the owners were really helpful, and we’ll definitely come back. Carla and Giorgio made us feel warmly welcomed, with hospitality that felt like five-star luxury. Breakfast was extraordinary, rich, and strictly local. The rooms were immaculate, and the bathrooms top-notch. The tasteful renovation and decor of this 19th-century house fit beautifully in Noto, a town already lovely for its baroque history. Absolutely stunning, not to be missed.

We stayed in two rooms, both pleasant, though one had more space. Set in central Noto but a little off the beaten path, the house was beautifully renovated and very quiet. Carla and Giorgio are lovely, and the generous breakfast thoughtfully featured local products. Everything you'd want from a lovely guesthouse. Thank you!

Even after leaving this morning, following two days there, Notia Rooms is still in our hearts and memories. Carla and Giorgio put so much care into making guests feel at home. The place is warm and welcoming, and breakfast gave us the chance to try so many Sicilian flavors. Thank you so much.

The owners made us feel so pampered, which was truly unique. Their kindness is second to none, and we appreciated all the information and advice, as well as hearing about their passion for their work and for this place. In Baroque Noto, this refined spot and its taste and style made the trip even more special. Highly recommended!
