The family-run Porta Nazionale Dependance made us feel like we were part of the family, which was the best part for me. We stayed in one of the many rooms offered by Hotel Flora, just a few meters away, right behind "Porta Nazionale". They drove us over in a golf cart, and the staff were so sweet and kind. We could see the city from the rooftop where breakfast was served, and they made sure every detail and request was taken care of with a smile. Since it was our first time in Noto, they suggested places to visit and eat. Everything about the trip was perfect. PERFECT. I recommend it.

The young woman who greeted us was very helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. This annex of Hotel Flora is welcoming and sits in a great spot in Noto’s historic center, a fantastic town. We’ll remember Noto for its art and beauty, as well as this place to stay. We’d definitely return if we can. See you soon!

We only found out when we arrived that our room had no window. For a single night, that was a minor issue for us. The terrace buffet breakfast, with its view over the historic center, was excellent, and the staff were helpful. We’d booked one night in this hotel annex in Noto.

The hot tub was unusable, even when there was water, because dirt and grime came out of its vents. Disgusting. I’ve attached photos of the tub’s garbage and the faucet with no water. We paid €100 for terrible service. There was no water in the evenings at all, which is absurd for a room with a hot tub. The boiler wasn’t working either, and we had to call the woman twice to get maintenance. A place to forget.

A beautiful, modern place with a youthful feel. The staff are excellent, and it’s ideal for couples.
