Avoid this place. I called at 9:40 PM to make a booking, and a rude man said it was outside their hours and that I was disturbing them. If that's how they come across, I can't imagine what the rest is like. I had read several negative reviews and didn't want to believe them, but they were completely right. There were 10 of us, and I was overcome with the desire to work.

We were meant to stay five nights with my family, but left two days early. The place is abandoned, dirty, run-down and dilapidated. There was rubbish everywhere, no Wi-Fi, and the pool couldn't be used because the pumps weren't working. Stay away from this property. You do your things.

The bathroom was indescribable, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The residence is neglected and shabby, though the staff were kind. The building itself is really unattractive. It's in a strategic spot near the sea at San Lorenzo, but the price they ask isn't worth it. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

It's just steps from a stunning sea, and the place has real potential. But the apartment is dirty and run-down, and the whole property is poorly maintained. It needs a complete renovation. What a waste to leave it like this.

The rooms look like they're from the 1970s or 1980s and could use an update. Parking is difficult, and there's no bar or restaurant. The location is excellent and the pool is very convenient. Cleanliness and order, though, are top-notch.
