Romantik Hotel Post Weisses Rössl

A really special place, with a big property, cute dogs, horses, and chickens. The views are mesmerizing, the hotel feels cozy and warm, and the staff are so kind. I absolutely loved this beautiful hotel.

The spa was fantastic and so relaxing, with the feel of a five-star Swiss-style retreat. We went in summer and would consider returning in winter. A gondola 200m from the hotel takes you to the slopes, an easy walk in summer, though I gather they run a shuttle for people in ski boots. The dining room is spacious and traditional, and the food is top quality, at a very reasonable price with half board. This gem is a traditional "post" hotel, likely a former coaching inn dating back to 1875, modernized to a high standard and still family owned and run. The owners are present and attentive, and the kind, helpful staff seem to love working there. We felt welcome immediately, even with small touches like being taken straight to our rooms. The rooms aren’t huge but are comfortable. We were in a north-facing room without a balcony, probably a lower-tier option, but we were comfortable and couldn’t hear the busy road through the modern windows. South-facing rooms at the back must have fantastic views. The glorious garden backs onto a working stud farm, where 20+ horses go about their business with the majestic dolomites behind them. Five well-deserved stars.

A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. I was enchanted from the moment I arrived at this gem in the Dolomites, tucked among breathtaking peaks and lush forests. Each morning brought crisp air and stunning views right outside my window. The hotel blends rustic charm with modern comforts, and the rooms are cozy, beautifully designed, and spotless. The staff’s warmth and hospitality made the stay unforgettable. The local food was incredible, hearty and full of flavor, and the dining area’s panoramic views made every meal special. A lovely choice for peace and quiet, scenic hikes, or a romantic getaway. I can’t wait to return!

The gym is spacious, airy, and well equipped, so it’s easy to keep up with workouts while traveling. The spa and pools are fantastic, and a real highlight when you want to relax. Rooms are on the small side, but comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The hotel is run very well, and the super friendly staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It works well for leisure or business, and I can’t wait to come back!
