We stopped here while travelling a long distance. Check-in was quick and smooth, though we had trouble getting in because this was the first place where we had to scan the key card at the wall instead of at the door handle. The room and toilet were clean, the mattress was comfortable, and there was hot water. We couldn't adjust the room heat, unfortunately. Watch your step in the shower, the floor gets slippery when wet.

At check-in, the woman at reception seemed completely bored and told me there was no parking, even though they advertise secure parking. I had booked and paid, so I ended up leaving my car and all my bags in a public lot. They didn't even want to refund me. Really bad service, shame on them.

The staff seem pretty uninterested, and there's nothing especially luxurious about the place. Still, the rooms are clean, quiet, and fairly spacious, so it works well as a base for work or things to do nearby. There's good food in town, about a seven-minute walk away.

We were there for seven days. The staff were really helpful, and they cleaned the room every day, with fresh towels and shower supplies. I really enjoyed the breakfast too.

The corridors were dark, smelled bad, and had large stains on the floor. In the room, moisture had made the bathroom walls swell, and the beds were far too hard. The staff were unfriendly throughout. They said we were €100 short on the cash payment, but we're absolutely sure we paid the right amount. The receptionist pressured us to hand over another €100 and was extremely rude. I don't care about the money, but I won't accept that kind of arrogance. I emailed management, and they replied just as unfriendly. We paid so much for nothing. I can't recommend this place and will never go back. I've never had an experience like it.
