Riccardo was consistently kind and helpful during my week here, and the experience was more than positive. My recently renovated room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely, practical, spacious shower. The location works very well for both the beaches and Numana’s historic center, and guest parking nearby is convenient. I highly recommend it, especially for the value.

Riccardo, the owner, is so kind and really adds to the experience. The location is perfect, the rooms comfortable and clean, and the stay was excellent.

The room was lovely and compact, with a large shower and a window in the bathroom. It had a kettle, small fridge, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi, and was cleaned and tidied each day. We were also provided with sheets and bath towels, and there’s a small private outdoor space for each room with a table and clothesline. The quiet location is about a ten-minute walk from the port, seafront, town center, and beaches in northern Numana. Getting into the parking lot and room is done with a code, without keys. Recommended!

Riccardo is a really friendly owner, and the town center and beaches are just minutes away on foot. We appreciated the renovated room, comfortable bathroom, and excellent shower, which isn’t always a given. The veranda was handy for relaxing outdoors, with a drying rack, table, and chairs. Parking 100 meters away was included in the room price.
