Our nine-day stay at Casa Vittorio was great. From there, the beach was about 8 km away, roughly a 10-minute drive, and we could also visit lots of wonderful places nearby: Cattolica, Rimini, San Marino, Ravenna, Ferrara, Pesaro, Ancona, Gradara, and San Giovanni in Marignano. We went to Rimini twice, once to see the city and once for Fiabilandia and the beaches. We stayed in a large room that felt almost like an apartment. It was beautifully furnished, and the warm atmosphere made us feel welcome. The familiar objects and careful details gave the place a lot of character. The décor brought together wood, metal, ceramic, and textiles in a way that felt personal and homey. You could tell Francesco & Ivana had put care into looking after the house. The room was spotless, comfortable, relaxing, and stayed cool even on the hottest days, so we didn't need the AC. We spent two evenings in the back garden with pizza and a glass of wine. Our child also loved the cute cats. Breakfast had a great variety and was very good: sandwiches, homemade cakes, croissants, cookies, three kinds of fresh natural juice, plus cappuccino, coffee, or tea. There were different yoghurts, toast and butter, and delicious local jams and honey. The house is outside San Giovanni in a green natural area, so it's quiet, the air is clean, and the scenery is lovely. There are mosquitoes too, as you'd expect, so bring some repellent if you plan to spend time in the garden. A big thank you to Francesco & Ivana. They're truly kind, helpful, remarkable people, and I hope we can see them again soon!

From the first booking messages through checkout, Francesco and Ivana looked after us like family and made the B&B feel like home. Francesco kept in touch and checked on us by whatsapp until we arrived safely. Every corner is beautifully decorated, and you can see Ivana's hand in it. The way she and Francesco work together really makes you feel at home. The place is clean, well organized, and easy to find, with a good location for Rimini, San Marino, and Urbino. Lovely owners. We had a wonderful two-night stay here. The owners were kind and helpful, and the room was beautiful, clean, well maintained, and had all the comforts you could need. The bathroom was clean and carefully looked after too. Breakfast was spectacular, with lots of top-quality products and delicious homemade cakes and cookies. I highly recommend it!

Breakfast alone made a lovely impression, with plenty of tasty choices and the owners ready to find whatever might be missing. Our room was roomy, spotless, well looked after, and had every comfort. Ivana and Francesco put so much care into the place, and you can see it in the details and feel how much they care about their guests. It feels like home, which is why we returned. We had a wonderful stay again, and everything was fully in line with COVID guidelines for anyone concerned. We'll definitely come back. I wish I could give it more than five stars.

We spent August 12th to 15th here and had a great time. The location makes it easy to get around and see the Romagna Riviera. The owners keep the property in spotless condition, and the staff were on hand whenever we needed them, making us feel at home. We'd gladly return. Well done, well done, well done.
