We had our best stay in Numana here. From the hotel, there’s a beautiful sea view, and the beach is just a minute away on foot. Everything was extremely clean and tidy, and the service was amazing. The restaurant food was always fresh and tasty. Our waiter Guido was attentive and polite, and made the experience memorable. We’re also grateful to Massimo and Daniella for their wonderful hospitality and for making us feel so welcome and special.

We were very disappointed. We went to the nearby beach and tried to rent an umbrella and two chairs. Most of the umbrellas were empty, but the older man in charge was very rude. He said it was a private beach and we had to be hotel guests to use an umbrella. We offered to pay cash, but he refused. I called the hotel, and they confirmed that we could pay cash. The man was very rude to a woman there with her two daughters.

The food was lovely, and it brought back the feeling of eating my mum’s cooking at home. My friend and I had lunch there, and the hotel’s service was amazing. Guido talked us through every dish we ordered. Really high standard.
