Residence Albatros

This is our second year at Residence Albatros, and we've had a great time both times. Raoul, the owner, is kind and pays attention to what we need. He's also available when guests have questions. The apartment really does have everything you need. It's just steps from the supermarket, beach, and town center. Restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, and all kinds of shops are close by, so we can get around on foot for everything. We'll definitely come back, it's well worth it!

The apartment was clean and had excellent amenities. Raoul and his staff were courteous and professional. It's about a five-minute walk to the beach and right by the supermarket. Definitely worth five stars. Thank you!

We had a great stay. The residence was clean and had everything we needed, and the owner was kind and helpful. Its location is handy, close to both the sea and the town.

We stayed in the Dalia 3 two-room apartment from July 9th to 16th, at Via Ascoli Piceno 6. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a double garden. It was very spacious and had everything we needed, including a washing machine, microwave, kettle, immersion blender, oven, refrigerator, and both ceramic and plastic plates, plus all the other essentials. It was spotless when we arrived, so big thanks to the cleaning staff. The bedroom is large and has a walk-in closet; the bathroom is spacious too, with a proper shower stall instead of an unhygienic curtain. The supermarket is 50 meters away, maybe less, and there's a bar next door serving great burgers for breakfast or lunch. The sea is 200 meters away, and the agreement with the LA ROTONDA beach club is excellent. Raoul runs the place. He's very kind, attentive, professional, and friendly, and you can tell he's been doing this for years. We'll definitely return.
