My grandparents were born in Nusco, so whenever I'm in Italia I try to stop here for a few days. I've stayed twice, and Hotel Colucci has never disappointed. It's close to the town center, with a short, very scenic walk into the heart of Nusco. We once visited during the Pasta Festival and had a great time chatting with locals. The hotel is friendly and comfortable, with excellent regional food and wines.

There's no reason to expect a large luxury hotel in a small town like Nusco, but Colucci offers the warm welcome of a family-run place. I've stayed at hotel Colucci many times and think it gives you excellent value.

The rooms were okay, but I still wouldn't recommend staying here. There was no elevator or AC. When we asked about the AC, they said the mountain meant it wasn't that hot and wasn't needed 😂. No one spoke English, either. On work nights, a loud 18th birthday party carried on in the middle of the night. We raised the noise with the owner, but he acted more like a club manager than a hotel manager.

We felt at home straight away, thanks to how warm and friendly Mr. Colucci was. The hotel was wonderful, and the food was delicious.
