The host is welcoming, and the place is right in the center, with the rooms being renovated in an old fashioned style. But the room wasn't comfortable for me at the moment. The toilet seat was broken, and there was only a small fan, no air conditioning. I couldn't shower because it hadn't been cleaned properly. Breakfast wasn't included, and there was no bottled water for sale, so you have to walk a short distance to a bar.

The owner was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful, and the B&B has a quaint feel with plenty of potential. The room itself was large but in poor shape. It smelled bad, the sink did too, and the sheets were rough and worn. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, with the springs easy to feel, and really should be replaced. The bathroom was tiny and had no bidet. There was no soap, and no breakfast either. A few simple improvements would make the room much more welcoming.

The place has what you need for a short stay, and the central location is really convenient. It isn't brand new, but the price is excellent. Andrea, the owner, made us feel at home. He's a very special, helpful, and friendly person.

It's very close to Oderzo hospital, but the place was awful. The furnishings are old and poorly maintained, and there was a strong musty, moldy smell. Behind the beds, sockets had exposed wires and were wrapped with tape marked "Do Not Touch." When I shared my opinion, the person who welcomed me was very rude and kicked me out.

The place was dirty, and they required a deposit. Once I saw how filthy it was, they tried to keep the deposit. I only got the money back after calling the police, and they still charged me the full €35.
