The service was one of the happiest and best parts of our stay. Breakfast was included and good, and they sometimes serve fish dishes as a restaurant too. Families might enjoy the funny animals there. The setting is beautiful, though getting there is a little difficult, even with signs to help. In summer, sleeping peacefully can be hard because there’s no air conditioning.

The meal was disappointing: portions were small, the food wasn’t good, the price was too high, and they didn’t follow the menu they’d promised. Even though we had booked, the table wasn’t set when we arrived, so the welcome was poor. The place itself is lovely, rustic, and surrounded by nature, and the people were friendly, though the owner less so. I wouldn’t recommend it or come back.

The fixed meat dinner was excellent and very reasonably priced, and breakfast was included as well. This is a lovely farmhouse among olive trees in the hills near Osimo, in Offagna, and they welcomed our two dogs. The room was cozy and had air conditioning, but felt cramped for two adults and two medium-large dogs. A complimentary bathroom set would be a nice touch.

Out in the countryside, it’s a great spot to unwind. The owners are so welcoming that we felt at home right away. We had their Sunday evening house aperitivo for dinner, and everything was tasty and plentiful for a fair price. Highly recommend, and see you soon.

Rosalba and Giancarlo made us feel welcome with their kindness, helpfulness, and straightforward warmth. Our clean room had a very handy outdoor area, and the setting felt like a dip into untouched nature. It’s also well placed for both the Conero beaches and the nearby well-known villages. We’ll definitely return! Angela and Alassandro.
