The beautiful beaches are an easy 10-minute walk away, and everything else is close by too. The guesthouse is peaceful at night, very clean and tastefully kept. Raimondo and his lovely wife were incredibly kind, supportive and provided excellent service throughout. I spent 10 days here and it really stole my heart. I’ve had holidays in lots of different places, but I was amazed by this one and would love to return next time. 🌸✨

Donna Nina was the highlight for us. She made us feel special every time, and her cakes are the best. Breakfast was delicious too, and we’ll definitely be back. Check-in with Raimondo went smoothly, and the Terra Room’s garden kitchen was really handy, especially with our own fridge. The room was spotless and nicely decorated. There was just a little less bathroom storage for makeup than I’d like, and some hooks in the bedroom would help, but those are small details. The property has a large modern pool where you can have music, drinks or ice cream, which was wonderful for the kids and felt like a 5-star resort. This is by far the best accommodation we’ve had in Sardinia so far. Thank you for everything! Big hugs and greetings from our family and Mila :-)

A great place to stay with family or friends. It’s set up for self-catering, with a big kitchen and lounge and bedrooms off the shared space. There’s a great pool and a bar when it’s manned. No one is on site.

We booked Al mare da Francesca on Airbnb at the very last minute, and Raimondo was so accommodating, coming straight over to meet us for check-in. The location was great, three minutes from the beach and 15 from the airport. The villas have been newly renovated, with a lovely pool and grassy yard. Our room and bathroom were spotless. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it looked clean and very well organized.
