The beach is directly accessible from the residence through its well-kept park, which has a playground for children and a soccer field. Porto Rotondo town center is about a 20-minute walk away.

A comfortable place right by the beach, with a spacious garden that’s kept in good shape. It’s a great base for exploring lovely beaches and dreamy spots.

There’s no bar or pool, though owners and tenants often put together their own aperitifs on the beach. Punta Asfodeli is a peaceful village with a huge, well-kept garden, a quiet beach, and shallow water, so it works well for children. August brings more young people, and they organize beach volleyball tournaments. If you know the shortcut, Porto Rotondo and its lively nightlife are a 10-minute walk away. Plenty of famous beaches are nearby too. You’ll need a car or motorbike for getting around and shopping. There are also two tennis courts.
