There are so many beautiful beaches nearby, with crystal clear water. We loved the heated pool and the relaxed feel of this peaceful oasis in the hills of Porto Rotondo. The location was fantastic, the food was great, and the prices were good too for such an expensive area as Costa Smeralda. If a quiet, relaxing holiday is what you’re after, this is the perfect hotel and one of the best we’ve ever stayed at.

Our kids loved the hotel, especially the turtles, and we had a great stay. The manager was exceptionally good and all the staff were wonderful. We enjoyed the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. Thanks for everything you did to make our time in Sardinia so memorable. We look forward to seeing you all again!

The pool and views were lovely, and the roller pool umbrellas were a real help if you wanted some shade. There’s shaded parking too, so the car doesn’t sit baking in the summer sun. Inside, the staff were quick and polite: whenever I called reception for something, it arrived in about five minutes. Breakfast had a good spread and made-to-order dishes, with a live egg station on Saturday. They also replaced the water bottles in the room every day, which we really needed during the heatwave.

The room views made mornings feel special, and the room was comfortable, practical, and well equipped. Staff were attentive, courteous, and professional throughout. Sulià House is also in a peaceful spot between Olbia and Porto Cervo, with easy access to several lovely places around Sardinia. A couple of details could be better. The TV would be more useful with screen mirroring, and the tea and minibar items should be replenished whenever the room is cleaned. The €10 room service fee was clearly explained before I ordered, but still seemed steep for a hotel in this category.
