The location in central Olbia was fantastic, and the place was spotless. I booked by phone at the last minute, and the staff were friendly, professional, and thorough. We got a lovely triple attic room with everything we needed: a comfortable bed, air conditioning, a fridge, TV, toiletries, and a hairdryer. There’s no breakfast, but that’s fine with all the bars around the center. The electronic QR keys were great, too. After the second night, they cleaned exceptionally well. We’d left the room messy, and they tidied it all up and even folded our clothes. It was a pleasure staying here, and I’d choose it again in a heartbeat.

For €240 for one night, we got a triple room that was basically an attic. You could only stand upright in a few spots, and there was just one small skylight. No wardrobe or fridge, and the pillows had dust and hair on them. Cobwebs were visible above the air conditioning, the toilet seat was broken, and the shower enclosure was broken too, so of course water ended up all over the floor. Even being the night before Ferragosto doesn’t justify that price for such poor service.

The owner was kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean and simple, so it’s fine for a short stay. The trouble is the historic center is very noisy, which made it hard to sleep.

Absolutely awful. In the off-season they apparently operate as bed and breakfast only, but our room felt like a rough DIY setup. The bathroom had no towel hooks or toilet paper holder, and the shower was tiny even by Italian standards. The noise never let up, whether the window was open or shut.
