The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. There’s secured parking just outside the port. It also works well if you’re traveling with a dog, with no extra charge, and there’s a nice large grassy area right outside the hotel. Great choice!

The central location and pleasant view were highlights, and the staff were kind and friendly. But the hotel feels worn and poorly maintained, with many broken things. It may have been lovely when it first opened, but now the cleanliness falls short and the soundproofing is very poor. Noise carries from other floors, and the windows do little against street traffic or nearby parties. Breakfast was disappointing, with fermented fruit and very few options. There are only 10 parking spaces for 56 rooms, which is nowhere near enough. The value for money is poor, and the experience doesn’t justify the price.

The breakfast buffet was tasty and solid. My room was near the roundabout, so there was some noise. It’s a classy, old-school hotel.

The hosts were gracious, the rooms were nice, and everything was clean as a whistle. The location is convenient, and the breakfasts are great too.

The location is the only good thing about this hotel. At check-in, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful. Whenever I asked a question or needed help with the Wi-Fi, she just shrugged. There was nobody available to help with bags, even though there are lots of stairs to the entrance. I have a bad back and had to wait for a stranger to carry my luggage upstairs because the staff wouldn’t help. The bed was painfully hard and uncomfortable. Other than the location, it was awful.
