The parking situation was a problem from the start. There’s no dedicated parking, so you have to leave the car on the street. It’s a dead end, and if another car parks behind you, you may not be able to get out. We arrived during the stated check-in hours and had given our exact arrival time, but nobody was there. The keys, like the others, had just been hidden on site for us to find. There was no check-in, and the host wouldn’t answer calls or any of our messages when we tried to ask questions. The room smelled strongly, as if someone had smoked in it. It also looked old, with a very worn sofa, damaged curtains, a dirty bathroom, mold in the shower, and a broken fridge. All of this made for a very disappointing stay, unlike our other experiences on this lovely island. You could find better accommodation for the same price if you spent 15 minutes looking. Update: I added photos for the owner showing the location (“tax” and the key we left at checkout). Please don’t confuse people by pretending you don’t know who they are.

The room was clean and nice, though pretty small, and it lacked even basic things like cups or a coffee machine. For what we paid, I felt the price was high. Still, we enjoyed our stay, and the woman who checked us in was amazing, so kind and helpful.

A very large suite, and everything felt new, clean, and really nice. The AC worked great, and it was quiet. The host was helpful and very nice. There are several restaurants and a supermarket two blocks away. It’s about eight minutes from the airport and ten from Centro. I’ll stay here again. I was put off by some reviews, but they were just silly whining. It took me a while to find the place on Maps, but look up the hill. Great find.

The room was awful for €149 a night. It was dirty and badly laid out, and there wasn’t even a bottle of water. I stayed for one night in early August. The place was listed at number 21 on the street, but it was actually at number 62, so I had to search for it. Nobody was there to hand over the keys either. I called several times and waited 30 minutes before I got the instructions to collect them. Avoid this place.
