La Porta Sulla Costa

We really enjoyed this welcoming, relaxing B&B. B&B La Porta sulla Costa is right in the heart of San Pantaleo, so it’s ideal for local events and getting around without a car. The owners are a kind, attentive couple who take good care of the place. Our room and bathroom were on the small side, but perfectly adequate for a couple of nights. Everything was very nice and clean, and breakfast was excellent, served in a charming little garden under a beautiful lemon tree. I’d happily recommend it for a short stay.

Breakfast was plentiful and varied, and the owner even suggested beaches to suit the wind that day. The rooms were clean and welcoming, with lovely wall "frescoes" by the owner bringing the natural beauty of the Costa Smeralda indoors. This B&B is set in the beautiful village of San Pantaleo, among the mountains, and makes a peaceful, romantic spot for a couple. It’s also well placed for exploring the province of Olbia. The couple who run it are kind and full of advice, and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. We had a perfect stay and such a wonderful time that we'll definitely be back soon. Highly recommended!

Getting to enjoy Paolo's internationally renowned ciambellone in the little garden, surrounded by greenery and birdsong, is a treat. The included breakfast really does satisfy everyone, and the cleanliness of the three rooms is almost obsessive, showing just how much care goes into hosting guests. Each room has its own bathroom, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. Paolo and Amalia welcomed us warmly. They're wonderful people, and on their own worth the price of the room. The beauty of San Pantaleo, tucked among some of the most picturesque spots on the Costa Smeralda, completed what felt like a dream weekend. The only downside is that you'll want to come back again and again!

San Pantaleo is pure magic to wander around, and it feels like the starting and ending point of the Costa Smeralda. We had three special, truly relaxing days here, and if all goes well, we'll be back soon 😊 The B&B is lovingly looked after, with spacious, clean rooms and every comfort. Breakfasts in the little garden were splendid, served with smiles from Paolo and Amalia. Paolo's super donut is so delicious, it’ll soon be smiling too! Their suggestions for towns, places to visit, ports, and bays with emerald water were spot on. A paradise. Hugs.
