Lovely views and clean rooms. The pool is nice, but it's only open from time to time. You have to pay extra for replacement towels, and buy your own toilet paper and garbage bags.

The pool is large and lovely, with a deep section for adults and a shallow one for children. I spent eight days at Stella Di Gallura and had a great time. The residence is beautiful, clean, comfortable and tidy, though you shouldn't expect hotel service. The only issue was two groups of young adults next door shouting in the middle of the night. That's not really the residence's fault, since there was only so much they could do. A special thank you to Fiorella, who was kind and patient with my A2-level Italian. 😅!

I hate leaving a negative review, but hope it helps someone. I booked three nights for my family of five and changed hotels after the first night. The staff were rude and unfriendly. One told me, “you get what you paid for” and that only rich people come to Sardinia. Not a nice welcome. The beds had springs you could feel, the bathrooms were small and smelly, and one air conditioner in the living room had to serve three rooms. Mosquitoes and bugs kept us up at night. The kitchen wasn't welcoming either, with no supplies, not even a match. Our neighbors had to light our stove for us. The pool area wasn't suitable for kids, and restaurant hours took away privacy there. For the same price, I found a better hotel for the remaining two nights of my stay in Sardinia. They didn't refund the two nights I didn't use. I would NOT recommend this place.

The views and location are excellent, the rooms are really nice and clean, and the pool is great. There's a nearby beach, and the staff are friendly. We were extremely happy and satisfied, and we'll be back.
