We really enjoyed staying here. The apartment had all the things we needed, from a kitchen and balcony to a TV, coffee machine, tennis rackets, and even a beach umbrella. There’s a washing machine in the house, and Lidl is about five minutes away. The nearest beach takes around 20 minutes by bus. Getting into the city center on foot takes about 15 minutes, so prices nearby are reasonable. We also found a pizzeria with really tasty pizza for 8€.

There’s plenty of room here, and the apartment was clean. The host was friendly and flexible, and the place is in a great spot. Every room has strong air conditioning, and street noise doesn’t really get through. The kitchen is well stocked, and there are beach toys and several parasols too. I’d happily recommend it for a relaxing stay.

Via Aldo Moro is close by, and it’s a busy, noisy street even at night. That could be a downside if you’re looking for somewhere quiet, though free street parking is available and the apartment is handy for getting around Olbia. Inside, we found a comfortable, spacious place that worked well for three people. It was spotless, with a large bedroom and a very comfortable bed, plus a sofa bed in the kitchen that was just as pleasant to sleep on. The host, Marco, welcomed us warmly and took time to explain everything, even though we arrived late after a long trip. There was also a welcome pack in the fridge with water, a Sardinian beer, soda, and fresh fruit, which was a lovely touch. Both rooms have air conditioning, there’s lots of storage, and the two big flat-screen TVs have Netflix. The kitchen is pretty well equipped, though a microwave and toaster would have made breakfast easier. Having two coffee machines, one for espresso with capsules provided and another for filter coffee, was a real plus. Wi-Fi was free and worked very well, and the large board in the hallway had useful information about Olbia and nearby areas for planning outings. We had a wonderful week here and felt right at home.

The landlord was friendly and accommodating, and the apartment had everything we needed, including three TVs. The view from the rooms is limited, with a bit of a backyard feel. It’s about 1 km from the old town, in the northern center of Olbia, with two supermarkets, greengrocers, cafes, and restaurants nearby.

Elegant, nicely furnished, and right in the center, this apartment had all the comforts we needed. Parking was always available, and the Wi-Fi was fast. Superb, recommended 😀
