We had a clean, new room with air conditioning, a mini fridge, a kettle, and enough towels. Restaurants, a bus stop for Olbia city center, supermarkets, and shops like Decathlon are all within walking distance. There’s free parking around the house. A bigger parking area near the shops is also walkable, and costs 20€ a month or 1€ an hour. Like the other reviewers said, the owner is a very nice person and easy to talk to.

Alessandro was professional, kind, and easy to communicate with. The room was comfortable and clean, and a quick bus ride from the airport made it easy to reach. I’d definitely stay again!!

After a long flight, I was glad the owner managed to let me check in early so I could rest in my room. The hotel was brand new, with a nice modern design and clean, bright rooms. I was surprised by the quality of the work. The kind, helpful people here create a home-like atmosphere. We’ll definitely visit again, and I recommend it.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the host was wonderful and friendly, going out of his way to help. It’s very close to the airport and a highly recommended place to stay.
