The grounds and pool are well kept, but the accommodation itself feels tired and basic, with too much furniture. The dining table in our room had broken before and was repaired very poorly. There’s no air conditioning, only ceiling fans, which would make sleeping unbearable if the temperature is above 21c at night. Wi-Fi only worked near reception, not in the rooms.

Wi-fi is limited and there was no restaurant open on site. The lifeguarded pool was open 0900-1300 & 1599-1900. Recommended if you want cheap living in Porto Rotondo.

Our Lufthansa flight was cancelled because the pilots were on strike, and there were no alternative rebookings. Residence Bouganville made an exception and gave us a full refund. We’re happy to return another time. Thank you, and best regards.

It’s an amazing place overall, but sleeping was really hard without airconditiong.

Damp, chilly rooms with none of the comforts you’d hope for. A miserable stay.
