The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the hotel was nice. Breakfast was fine, though the setup could be better. Fresh juice and a hot water boiler would be welcome additions. The pool felt a little cold, and I found the pool bar bartender somewhat pushy.

The road outside gets pretty busy, so anyone after a quiet stay might prefer a pool-side room. Those cost a bit more, but they’re quieter. We were fine with the noise and also had a rental car, which gave us flexibility. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to Marina Maria beach, and the hotel also runs a free shuttle there and back. There’s free parking across the street. We enjoyed the stay a lot. The rooms were spotless, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The garden at the back and the pool are gorgeous, with a nice range of afternoon snacks and drinks at the pool bar. The new gym is fantastic, one of the best I’ve seen in a regular hotel. Dinner at the restaurant was a standout. Breakfast was decent but didn’t match the dinner, so that’s where I’d take off a star. The coffee could be better, the juices were very sweet and there wasn’t real orange juice. The scrambled eggs and bacon weren’t great either, the slices were thick and not very crisp. There was still plenty to choose from, and the breakfast sweets were very good. There’s also a cafeteria and pasticceria at the hotel with extremely delicious sweets. Careful, they can get addictive 😂

Antonio was such a lovely person to chat with, and made us the best cocktails ever. The poolside drinks and snacks were amazing, too. The rooms were super clean, the A/C was amazing, and the garden and pool looked great. All the staff were sweet and professional. The included gym has good potential once it’s finished, but there’s no A/C at the moment, so it gets too hot for a proper workout.

The staff were excellent, and the hotel itself was fine, but its location made things difficult. You really need a car here, with the hotel sitting by a very busy road and unfinished building works all around. There are limited dining options and not much to do without a car. A taxi into Olbia is around €45 each way, which is nuts. Location, location, location.
