The room itself was really good, and I liked the location. What bothered me was the lady’s attitude. We’d checked in around 10 pm, so I asked if we could check out around 10:30 or 11 the next morning. She refused, then came to the front of our room at 9:45, seemingly to see whether we were leaving on time. That was really annoying.

Our room was brand new and nicely furnished, with a comfortable bed, fast, steady WiFi, and air conditioning that worked perfectly. The bathroom looked great and was well equipped, though it had no soap dispensers in the shower or by the sink, and no toothbrush holder. The rooms are on the ground floor of a recently renovated building, managed by a kind, helpful woman. The location isn’t the best, but it’s near the historic center and lots of restaurants. I’d recommend this hotel.

The room and terrace were both really spacious, and everything else was good. The woman in charge replied quickly whenever we messaged with a request. A couple of chairs and a small table on the terrace would be useful, as would a full-length mirror inside.

The good things were the location and the large, new rooms, but my experience with Renata was very unfortunate. She wouldn’t accept criticism, and her replies felt offensive and dishonest. When people have no arguments, they sometimes turn to insults, which is pathetic. The terraces, including one that was large, had no table or chairs, and the room had no bathroom cabinets for toiletries. The mini-fridge didn’t cool at all, and there was no table in the living room, which made things uncomfortable. It might work for one night, but I found it completely unsuitable for a longer stay. Everything looked new and seemingly clean, but the floor wasn’t: my feet were black from the first day, and there was no cleaning on the following days.
