It could be an acceptable place for EUR 50-70, but the hotel feels like it's from the 80s. The location is great and everything is within walking distance. My room was on the first floor beside the stairs and elevator, so people passed by for a large part of the night. With no sound insulation, you could hear everything. The shower cabin belongs in a museum. It's a folding, accordion-style one that kept coming apart and folding back, perhaps because of its age or some other issue.

The hotel is very old, the rooms aren't that good, and breakfast is really basic. But the location is super, super perfect, right in central Olbia. You can enjoy the busy streets at any time of day, and easily get to the bus and metro stations.

The breakfast was good, a normal Italian breakfast, and the room was clean. We were there for one night, and it was okay, but €103 was too much for a room like this. It felt more like a hostel than a 3-star hotel. It's an Italian-style hotel right in the center of Olbia, close to everything. The room we got for two, with one bed, looked much older and worse in person than in the photos. The shower and toilet were like those in a room for disabled people, and we still don't know why, perhaps that's just traditional Italian style. The mattress was quite hard, the tap was broken, and the furniture looked simply old rather than vintage.

My room was fairly clean, but the bed and pillows weren't very comfortable, and breakfast wasn't anything special. The hotel has no style and just looks cheap. At night you can't take the elevator down to the ground floor. The stairs lead outside the building instead of to reception.
