We found the staff super friendly and welcoming, and the place was clean. This renovated country farmhouse has several small apartments; ours slept three and included a kitchen. We stayed two nights in this very quiet countryside setting, about a 20-minute drive from Monte Argentario. I'd recommend it, though a little attention to several small details could make a difference. The kitchen refrigerator doesn't close properly, and although there's a tablecloth, there are no placemats. There's no kettle, so I had to heat water in a small saucepan. In the bedroom there are two outlets, but only one has a multi-plug; the other is a bathroom plug, so we had to charge both phones on the same side of the bed. There's just one very small trash can, and no guidance on recycling. We asked and found out the bins are a minute's drive away. Those are small things, but worth improving.

A welcoming place, though quite rustic. I'd recommend it to people happy to handle their own breakfast and cleaning. Bring mosquito spray.

We were happy with our choice. The owners were kind, helpful, and had plenty of tips about the area. It’s a quiet, well-run farmhouse made up of several apartments, rather than a hotel, and it’s well placed for the Argentario beaches and the inland area. Our triple room was spacious, though it didn’t have a kitchen. We could still eat outside.

We used it as a base for three days in July. It’s in a great spot, out in the quiet countryside, for visiting nearby places.
