The shared kitchen was handy, with a fridge and cupboard assigned to each room, and there’s an outdoor terrace for eating. Rooms are clean and functional, with private bathrooms and air conditioning. It’s a quiet, comfortable base a short distance from Talamone Bay, with the Maremma’s main attractions easy to reach. A good pick for a relaxing stay.

We really valued the privacy, and having keys meant we could come and go throughout our vacation. The room was cool, quiet, and fully equipped, with the bathroom in the main bedroom. Wifi helped a lot since Iliad reception was poor in some areas. We also appreciated that pets are welcome. There’s a bar and ice cream shop just steps away, and the nearby beach has beautiful clear water. Thanks for everything.

We’ve been coming for years and have always had a great time. The rooms are lovely, clean, and comfortable, and the management is excellent. People staying here respect the rules. A few shower accessories and some kitchen bits, like a corkscrew, would be useful, but that’s about it.

We found the location really convenient and the price extremely affordable. It’s a two-minute walk to the center of Fonteblanda, five minutes to the beach set up for kite and windsurfing, and a 10-minute drive to Talamone. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, and the large kitchen has four refrigerators, one for each room. A delightful place, and the lady who welcomed us was lovely. Highly recommended!
