Our children loved the big garden, surrounded by untouched nature. We stayed three nights in a two-bedroom apartment, with access to a kitchen that had new appliances. The owner put so much care into the organic breakfasts that we couldn't resist, and we felt truly pampered. The staff were efficient, cheerful, helpful, and spoke several languages. It's well placed for trips to the regional park, Talamone, all of Argentario, and the impressive archaeological site of Sovana. I'd recommend it.

We had to stay somewhere else this year because the pandemic had closed your agriturismo, and we didn't get the same welcome there. Podere 13 is clean, welcoming, and in a very convenient location. We hope to visit you again soon.

I'm so glad to be back at Podere 13. It's ideal for a family, and you can wake to pheasants calling and woodpeckers making their nests in the Japanese cherry tree. The cleaning is very thorough and meticulous.

We had a lovely holiday at Podere 13 and woke to the sound of pheasants singing. The apartment, including the bathroom, was clean. The manager was cheerful and helpful, and knew a lot about art and archaeology. We'll return in August for the quiet and cleanliness.

The owner is very friendly and attentive. She makes sure you have what you need and is glad to help with directions. The apartment is spacious, very clean, well equipped, and has toiletries. It opens straight onto a large, well-kept garden with a table, chairs, and sun loungers. You'll need a car to get there, but the beaches are about 10 minutes away. It's a peaceful and very pleasant place, and I'd recommend it.
