Milena is so friendly and lovely. I didn't need anything during my stay, but she was ready to help if I did. She kept the feel of her beloved grandmother's home while adding a mezzanine to open up the space and making the very small original bathroom a bit larger. It's a simple house, with all the essentials.

The bed was wonderfully comfortable, and Casa Filomena is in a handy central spot, just steps from the Cathedral and Oria's bars and restaurants. Mrs. Milena is a wonderful owner, and the quaint place is spotless and very well equipped. The thoughtful details made the stay a pleasure, and the value for the price was excellent. I'd happily return!

Milena was friendly and always available, and the house was impeccably clean and had everything we needed for a lovely break. We spent a few days in this beautiful little place in Oria's historic center. Since the town is in the middle of Puglia, both the Adriatic and Ionian Seas are easy to reach. We'll definitely come back.

The house Filomena was such a lovely find when we stayed in Oria last year. Milena is friendly and easygoing, and we felt right at home. It's cozy, quiet, and clean, with the center only a few minutes away on foot. The location worked really well for us, and we'd definitely return.

Milena was precise and incredibly helpful. The apartment was clean and very well equipped, and the location is truly central, just a few steps from the center. I recommend it.
