The room was dark, and there was a dead pigeon on the balcony. We also found the pool area disappointing: the loungers were broken, the water was cold, and the children's section felt too deep and unsafe despite being set aside for kids. The poolside shop was closed during our visit, and breakfast had few choices. Service was another problem. Reception was often unattended, even when we arrived mid-afternoon in high season, so we got directions by text. The receptionist was unfriendly and couldn't speak English, French, or Spanish. There was a sign in the room listing a maximum rate of 129, but we paid 200 per night. They couldn't explain the difference and ended the conversation. We didn't enjoy our stay and thought the place looked worse than its photos. To me, 100 euros a night would have been fair, but 200 felt like a rip-off.

The double room I had during the first week was comfortable, and that part of my two-week stay went well. In the final week I moved to a single room, where the bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast could use more variety, as it was mostly sweet food. The pool also seemed a bit neglected, perhaps because I was there in the second half of September. There were quite a few birds flying around, too, and they could leave unwelcome surprises on clothes left out on the balcony.

We came for a couples' spa treatment on a cold January day, hoping to relax, but left cold and uncomfortable. The massage room was freezing, the pool water felt very cold, and even the showers were unacceptably chilly when all we wanted was to warm up. The receptionist didn't help improve the experience and said we were the only ones complaining. I wouldn't recommend visiting during the winter months.

Everything at the property itself was good, but getting in touch with them was difficult. Before our stay, I tried calling and emailing and heard nothing back. Afterward, we accidentally left our swimsuits on the balcony and couldn't get a response when I tried to contact them about it. Communication brings the score down.

The spa felt old and shady, and the treatment was unfriendly. I wouldn't recommend going there.
