I had a terrible stay for the price, and this will be my first and last time using these sleeping pods. After I paid, there was no confirmation, so I had to contact them to find out whether the booking existed. They sent an invoice and said the instructions would arrive on the day. By 11 PM that day, my inbox was still empty, so I called support. The person who answered was extremely helpful, five stars for him. The website’s confirmation and check-in instructions arrived at 03:30 AM, only 2.5 hours before check-out. The pod itself was just as frustrating. Its touch screen didn’t work, so I had to call support again to turn the lights on and off. The bed was a hard mattress with no pillow or blanket. Its original vinyl or plastic medical-type cover was cracked and missing pieces, and the plastic-like sheet on top kept slipping off. Light came through the door joints, and I could hear everything outside, from cleaners to people entering, leaving, and talking, so sleep was impossible. The bathroom was far away in the public arrivals area, which defeats the purpose of paying for a “private” rest space. Next time I’ll do what I used to: get an Airbnb in Bergamo, take the bus, have a good pizza in the city, sleep properly, then head to the airport in the morning, probably for the same price. I don’t recommend this.

We needed somewhere to spend six hours overnight between flights, and the rooms were much better than waiting on chairs. Be sure to book in advance. When we arrived at midnight, the airport area was closed, and we had to show our reservations to security to get into the capsules area. There were no blankets, but the capsules stayed warm enough that we didn’t need them.

The room was clean, the in-room touch screen worked, and it was a decent, fairly quiet place to rest between flights. It matched the pictures and what I’d been told, though there was nothing fancy about it. For the price, I expected a little more, but I got what was promised. The main issue was the check-in touch screen. It sometimes stayed white and wouldn’t respond. When I contacted them on WhatsApp, they replied immediately.

The capsule was in very poor, uncomfortable condition. Its ventilation control screen was broken, so there was no ventilation, and there was no window. The help desk said it needed to be changed and they couldn’t help. At first, they didn’t answer the phone at all. It got very hot, and the light stayed on all night because that was controlled by the broken screen too. Given the state of the room and the extremely poor help line service, I don’t recommend this place.
