Dimora Sabatini B&B

Being right by Oriolo train station, about 100 meters away, was handy, and the town center was still only 600 meters off. Our room was so peaceful that my wife and I slept better than ever. The place is clean, nicely furnished, and quiet despite its convenient location. The owners made us feel welcome straight away, offering water and fruit juice when we arrived in the afternoon, and they were cheerful and very kind throughout. Breakfast is available there, with cakes, juices and more. We had to leave early, so they gave us a voucher for a nearby café that opened sooner. The café staff were lovely too, and had plenty of choices beyond the usual cappuccino and croissant. A really lovely spot, highly recommended.

The homemade treats at breakfast were a real highlight, especially the sour cherry tart. My parents and I had such a nice stay in a beautiful, elegant home that felt welcoming. Maria Laura and her mother were so kind and hospitable. We'd happily recommend it!

The rooms are compact, though they’re clean and look new. For what the property offers, the price feels high.

Lake Bracciano and the surrounding area are easy to explore from here. We booked both the family room and a double room for our one night stay. Alessandro was thoughtful and really attentive to what guests needed, and both rooms were spotless, very comfortable, and had air conditioning. We couldn't order breakfast at the property, but the voucher let us have it at an excellent nearby pastry shop. Recommended!
