Villa Rosa Bianca

We were three people staying for one night, and the check-in time was later than we wanted. It had been stated, but they only let us leave our bags after 11:00. We arrived at 7:45 PM and found just three bath towels, with no face towels, guest towels, or bath mat. There was also no toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, coffee pods, coffee, or sugar. I called the number and was told those supplies should be there. I checked more carefully and sent a video showing they were missing. After some back and forth, they said the items would arrive in 20 minutes, but it took 40, and they still didn't bring everything. When I followed up, they said it was just the cleaning staff. I also raised the towel shortage and was told the manager had instructed them. People staying one night and people staying longer should be treated the same.

We had a lovely four-night holiday in this beautiful house, though it felt too short. The rooms are all distinctive and gorgeous, and the apartment is spacious enough for eight. It came equipped with a microwave, Smart TV, barbecue, washing machine, and towels and bath towels. Ignazio was kind even before we arrived, suggesting plenty of places to see and go. He stayed available for questions and requests throughout. The one drawback was the weak water supply in the shower, but that seems fixable. We booked through Booking.com.

We stayed six nights with our one-year-old and had a wonderful time. The hosts were so sweet and helpful, and all the rooms were lovely and clean. The blue room especially catches your eye. There’s plenty of room in the house, with a beautiful bathroom and kitchen, and the view is stunning. The place sits on a hill among the greenery, looking over the city. The garden is fantastic, and you can tell the host puts a lot of care and energy into it. There’s fresh fruit to pick for juice too. Highly recommended!

The owners were so kind and ready to help with anything we needed. The villa has all the comforts, and it's surrounded by greenery with breathtaking views. It’s also close to Palermo's center and about 15 minutes from Mondello beach. I spent a week here and hope to come back soon.
