Patrizia is always around and very helpful. Breakfast is great, and coffee is free. The private toilets are clean, and there's also the cutest dog to welcome you.

The AC was great, and so were the host, breakfast, and the incredible dog. We were welcomed like family. Such an amazing stay.

Patrizia and Kiwi, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You made this feel like a safe haven I'd love to return to. Patrizia is an exceptional hostess, always there when needed but never intrusive. Each morning brought a special breakfast, lovingly prepared around everyone's preferences, needs, allergies, and intolerances, with everything from packaged food to homemade dishes. The B&B itself is wonderful, with the warmth and color of traditional hospitality.

The terrace was fantastic, and the place was clean and well looked after. I stayed with Patrizia and Kiwi, her dachshund, this June, and they gave me such a warm welcome. It felt like home and made a great base for exploring Palermo. Highly recommended. I'll come back as soon as I can.
