Being able to park right beside the room was handy, and the room itself was decent for the price. Still, the shower was a real problem. The pressure was poor, it took over a minute to warm up, then went scalding hot. Turning it colder made it too cold, and it took about three minutes of fiddling before I could shower. If someone used the sink while I was in there, the water got dangerously hot. The shower doors were old and unpleasant too. I booked a double room for myself by mistake, but thought it was odd to be charged an extra €10 per night for another person in a double room. Daily cleaning was a plus, and the janitors were friendly. I also found it amusing that my previous one-person-run place let guests help themselves to snacks, fridge water, tea, and coffee, while here they asked at checkout whether I'd had the water so they could charge extra. For the price, it's an okay place to stay.

We chose the hotel because it sits between Lake Como and Milan, and booked three nights well in advance. When we arrived, the TV wasn't working and there was no Wi-Fi at all. We wouldn't recommend staying here.

The staff were all kind and welcoming, and breakfast was good. The room was clean, towels were changed each day, and the location was quiet and pleasant. Still, the facilities need serious attention: I nearly got stuck when the shower door jammed, some rooms had no soap, and only a few seemed to have working fridges. The cleaning lady might also come by as early as 6 in the morning while you're still asleep.

I'd had a couple of okay B&B stays before, but this one was far below what I expected. I left after just one night of a two-night booking and had already arranged another hotel before going to bed. The room felt dirty, and the shower was awful, with screens that seemed ready to fall off. It was an unpleasant stay all around.

We stayed one night as a stopover and were very happy with it. Parking right outside the room was especially convenient, and pets are welcome. The hotel was good, with a nice breakfast and helpful staff.
