The location worked well for us, with a 15-minute walk to the beach and a five-minute drive. There’s also free parking out front. The hotel garden has a playground, so it’s good for kids, and breakfast was good. The staff were pleasant. Rooms are nice and clean, but as serviced apartments they only get a proper cleaning every six days.

Our room had two beds for some privacy, plus a kitchen and a large bathroom. We could shop for food and cook there. Breakfast was included and quite good. One beach is within walking distance, and another is about a 10-minute drive away.

The location was handy, with three grocery shops about a five-minute walk away, and the beach around ten minutes away. We always found a parking spot. The balcony felt private and had a kitchen. There was plenty of space in the rooms and bathroom, and enough room to dry our swimsuits and towels. Everything was clean, and the two powerful A/C units were a lifesaver after hot days. The chairs were worn and uncomfortable, though, and with no couch the bed was the only other place to sit. We were missing a sponge and detergent, but reception brought them up within 15 minutes after we asked. Toilet paper was another story. We bought our own, and when we asked for more and didn’t get it, we left it at that.

I came to Sardegna for a week’s holiday with my Italian family of four, and the stay was well below average. We fell in love with Sardegna and its people, but this place is nowhere near a four-star residence. Based on the reviews, we expected that level of service and comfort. From my experience, anyone familiar with these kinds of places would see the gap straight away. It was clean and in a reasonable location, but extremely overpriced, the service was basically nonexistent, and I’d never recommend it. For barely €20 more per night, we could have found something much better, like an Airbnb or a residence with basic guest care. I’d rate this place two or three stars at most, and it definitely isn’t four-star. There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms, only at reception, despite the listing saying it was included. There was no pool either. We paid about €400 per person and got no cleaning during the stay, not even fresh towels. The kitchen was on a boiling hot open terrace, with poor equipment: old pans, bad knives, and a tiny fridge. No microwave or toaster, and no salt, spices or anything else to cook with. The shower worked, but was broken and sprayed in three different streams. The walls were thinner than pane carasau. We could hear neighbors showering, using the toilet and having sex as though they were right beside us, and people were especially noisy at night. Nobody checked how the stay was going or even asked how it was at checkout. The beach is about a very unpleasant 15-minute walk to a man-made stretch that doesn’t compare with the beautiful beaches 10-15 minutes away by car. Don’t waste your time going there.
