There’s a cosy, clean feel to this hotel, and it has its own character. The rooms are a bit too small, though. It seems well suited to a group of girls looking to let off steam and relax. I’d definitely go back with a friend or by myself.

We had a peaceful, lovely stay, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The wellness center is small, but clean and welcoming, with a heated covered outdoor pool. Our room was quiet and comfortable, and the hotel itself felt welcoming and very clean. In just 3 days and 2 nights, we visited Lake Trasimeno and Isola Maggiore, Assisi, and the Marmore Falls. This 3-star hotel made a great base for exploring the area. The restaurant serves a straightforward selection of local products, plus a generous buffet. Thank you very much.

The outdoor pool was beautiful and modern, but it was hard to enjoy because the surrounding area was so cold. The hotel's common wellness area was also very cold, and despite signs asking for quiet, we couldn't use it during our three days there. Guests treated it like a bar, and staff were rarely around to manage things. The restaurant service was frustrating too. The staff seemed inexperienced and disorganized. They left plates uncleared, brought the wine list, then disappeared. Meals came in under half an hour, so our first course arrived while we were still having sides from the buffet. I appreciate that the restaurant welcomes pets, but owners should be expected to respect other diners. One dog wandered around our table and through the dining room, and we had to maneuver around its owners to get past. They didn't seem concerned about keeping it on a leash, and having it roam around wasn't pleasant. The rooms were very warm and had new windows, but the rest of this 3-star hotel felt dated and could use modernization. I think the owners or managers should take another look at how the place is run.
